There is a half bath on the second floor, but plenty of showers on the first floor!

Outside of the lodge

  • I'd like to try getting to that boulder field again, although it's farther away (about an hour), maybe on Saturday. (Kurt)
  • Kurt - Paul & I are IN for the boulder field!!! We'll meet ya there! :D (Eve)

FOOD

Equipment in the kitchen

  • NOTE: there is NO dishwasher
  • Fridge,stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee makers
  • Dishes, silverware, cups, etc.

Kitchen equipment that will be brought

  • Rice cooker: we'll bring a rice cooker (Brenda and Rick)
  • Chris and Jen said they will also bring a crockpot (Chris)
  • Brenda and Rick and can bring, not one, but TWO slow cookers (a large, 6qt. one and a small/regular-sized 4qt. one) - Brenda - can you definitely bring these? Would bea big help! (jen)
  • Kurt: I know it will be cold, but have you thought about bringing your ice cream maker? O:-) WILL DEFINITELY DO SO!
  • Alex: As before, I will bring some coffee-oriented equipment (French press, Turkish pots, grinder), as well as some beans.
  • Suzanne: Can bring quesadilla maker

Other kitchen supplies to bring

  • We will bring a roll or two of paper towels. If anybody else wants to do the same, please do so, as we'll probably need a lot of these! (Brenda) (Allison will bring some)
  • We can also bring trash bags (Brenda)
  • Can someone bring some dish detergent and sponge?? (Alex can do that)
  • I bought some dish detergent, forgot Alex said he'd bring it. I can bring some tissues/rolls of Paper towels (Suzanne)

-Grocery store in Greentown: Dutch's Market, North up PA Route 447, right on PA 507, bear right at fork, on right side about 3 miles from house. Also appears to be an organic grocery if you're willing to drive 20 miles/40 minutes: www.theorganicwarehouse.com

-NOTE THAT the website for place said that bringing food to the house is a good idea, local groceries may be expensive and/or far away.
