Nearest intersection to Welcome Center - Locust Ridge Rd and Arrowhead Drive
Nearest intersection to house- North Arrow Drive and Tenicum Trail (may not work with GPS)
DRIVERS PLEASE LOOK THESE OVER before you head out, become familiar with them! There is
no internet in the house so if you get lost, you are up Shit Creek without a boat.
116-116 Locust Ridge Road, Pocono Lakes, PA 18347 will get you close to the
house with mapquest or GPS, but the actual address is:
55-55-13 North Arrow Drive, Pocono Lakes, PA
NORTHERN CONTINGENT (Greg & Jeff driving): Get onto I-380 in PA either via I-80 exit 293
from NJ (you'd need 380 N) or I-84 exit 4 from NY (380 S). Then take exit 3 for PA PA
Route 940 and go West. Go slightly less than 8 miles, through the town of Pocono Pines,
and make a right onto Locust Ridge Road. At the Y-intersection bear right to stay on
Locust Ridge Road/PA Route 215.
CENTRAL CONTINGENT (Suzanne, Arathi and Monica driving): You'll likely want to take I-80
to exit 293 from NJ for I-380N. Take exit 3 for PA Route 940 and make a left to go
West. Go slightly less than 8 miles, through the town of Pocono Pines, and make a right
onto Locust Ridge Road. At the Y-intersection bear right to stay on Locust Ridge Road/PA
Route 215.
WESTERN CONTINGENT (Brenda driving): Get onto I-80E wherever you think best and take exit
284 for PA Route 115/Blakeslee PA. Make a left at the end of the ramp onto 115. Make
the fifth right (first light) onto PA Route 940 to go East. Go slightly more than 3
miles and make a left onto Locust Ridge Road. Make the second left (Y-intersection) to
continue on Locust Ridge Road/PA Route 215.
SOUTHERN CONTINGENT (Alex and probably Chris driving): Probably best to loop around
Philly and take the PA Turnpike NE Extension to exit 95 for I-80 East. Take exit 284 for
PA Route 115/Blakeslee PA. Make a left at the end of the ramp onto 115. Make the fifth
right (first light) onto PA Route 940 to go East. Go slightly more than 3 miles and make
a left onto Locust Ridge Road. Make the second left (Y-intersection) to continue on
Locust Ridge Road/PA Route 215.
Everyone from here on is the same. From Locust Ridge Road/215, continue about 3 miles to the Welcome Center on the
right, and wait in the lot for one of our intrepid crew to bring you your gate pass.
When you receive the gate pass, presumably you can just follow whoever gave you the past
back into the community. Go back to Locust Ridge Road, make a right (same direction as
you were headed) and very soon on the right there will be another gate (Orono Dr.). Pass
the gate, go straight and on the fifth stop sign ( Skippack st.) make a right and left on
North Arrow Drive. Follow the road (less than 1 mile) and on the right is lot #
55-55-13, labeled as the Mesyats property. Enter and bask in the love!
