Who is going

-Kurt: ~1030 am at SEATAC on August 1. Flight leaves SEATAC ~6am August 7.
-Desiree: coming in late PM Wed 7/31, staying with friends in Seattle for night. Will do drive/ferry to Whidbey either morn 8/2 or PM 8/1. Have reserve a Ft Casey cottage Fri 8/2-3, may extend one direction or another for a day. Back in Seattle by Mon 8/5 through eve 8/7, open for exploring through there if you all are. My date wants to hit the EMP/science fiction museum exhibit, probably either Thurs, Sun or Mon. I am also really hankering for a serious hike.
- Beata: arriving at SeaTac on 8/2, departing on 8/5 9am
- Suzanne ~ I arrive on Thursday 8/1 at SeaTac at 840 pm. I leave on the 7th at 1115. Kurt will pick me up but will need a ride to the airport on the 7th.
-Brenda and Rick: We arrive Thursday 8/1 at SeaTac around 8 pm, so around the same time as Suzanne…Kurt, could you give us a ride too?
-Jax ~ Arriving at 3:15 on August 1st (with Matt, Alex, & Allison). I plan to leave early on Monday, August 5th to meet up with my friend Sara…I believe Matt is willing to drive me into Seattle to catch a ferry over to Bainbridge.
Car rental/Transportation arrangements
-Kurt: I will rent a minivan. I will pick up supplies and sleeping bags in the area before people arrive. I am taking Brenda, Rick, Chris, and Eve to the airport at
- Matt has rented a car for those of us arriving on the same flight into Seattle at 3:15pm on the 1st.

People interested staying over/camping out at the venue the night of the wedding
-Jax I plan to head back to the house after the wedding…and I hope someone else is, too, so I can catch a ride with them…and back to the farm the next morning for the brunch…
What to do while we're there:
Visit local wineries: Marisa has a whole list & plans to visit several w Greg. Not posting here so as to not hog up space.
-Jax ~ I'm a big fan of the wineries & markets idea…and I think I'd like to do Deception Pass State Park, too.
